Thom is 13 years old and is just starting his third year of high school. He has three years left, as high school in Peru is for five years. His older sister, Claudia, is the first girl in the program to have graduated high school while still in the program, and we are grateful for the work we see God doing in the life of their family. He has three siblings, and both his parents work at odd jobs when they are able to find them, his dad either in construction or driving a moto-taxi, and his mom in making food to sell to neighbors.
