It has been 10 months since I’ve left the international mission field and been back in America. Time is a funny thing. It feels like a week ago I was standing in the middle of Jordan seeing where Jesus was baptized, Moses saw the promise land, and worshipping under the stars in the Jordanian desert. When I got home last December, I really had a tug to pursue partnering in missions where I could…and wouldn’t you know it…
UPDATE 1
I got the invitation to join AIM as a project leader, leading short term missions. This was an answer to my prayer about missions, but little did I know that the Lord was working on something greater within this realm. On my first trip in May that I got to help lead, I was asked by several people “Do you do this full-time or do you want to do this full-time?” All I could say was “If the Lord wants me to, then I will.” That was the seed the Lord wanted to plant in my mind and heart…..And After months of praying and listening to the Lord, I felt prompted to ask a fellow project leader about stepping into partnering with STM(Short Term Missions) as full-time…I had several conversations with this project leader, friends, and other staff at AIM about this calling in my life. A few more months went by and I took the leap of faith to pursue this opportunity to be on staff at AIM. I am going to be placed on staff with STM as a STM Missions Advisor(missionary). I will help mobilize groups to find the trip that fits them best. The Lord has blessed this from the very beginning and He won’t stop.
The Great Commission
16 Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. 17 When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. 18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
UPDATE 2
I will be moving to Manchester, New Hampshire at the beginning of January 2024! I’ve been blessed to lead 3 different trips there over the past year and felt a tug to join the community there. During my time praying to the Lord on direction with AIM, he had several people speak life into moving into a new community where my life desire to live on mission everyday would be met. The Lord has orchestrated this so perfectly from confirmation of the move, right timing, and overall having peace with it all. The Lord is good. I will be partnering with some ministry host that AIM has but more importunately I get to call these people friends. I will be doing everyday life with them and being fully integrated with missional life.

Then I heard the Lord asking, “Whom should I send as a messenger to this people? Who will go for us?” I said, “Here I am. Send me.” Isaiah 6:8
